Wide field image of comet C/2012 S1 (ISON), obtained in rather difficult conditions (dawn+strong moonlight) on
2013 Nov. 17 (4h36UT) with 250 mm, f/4 lens
and Canon 650D DSLR. Exposure time was 11x15s at ISO 800. Field of view is 4.8o x 3.4o.
The ion tail length is about 2.5o. Observing visually, the comet was at magnitude 5.9 (estimated with 20x60B).

Wide field image of comet C/2012 S1 (ISON), obtained on 2013 Nov. 7 (4h08-4h22UT) with 180 mm, f/4 Zeiss Sonnar lens
and Canon 20D DSLR. Exposure time was 11x60s at ISO 800. The field of view is 4.6o x 3.3o with
image scale 14.7 arc sec/pixel. The comet is rather feeble with short, about 1o tail.
